Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan costs $0 and needs no card — just your email and business details. It includes 50 AI text replies a month on your website chat widget, 1 business location, 1 team member and email support. Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and the voice receptionist are on paid plans, which also include far more replies (500 to 5,000 a month). When you use all 50 free replies, new AI replies pause until next month and we'll prompt you to upgrade — we email you at 80% and 100%.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees on any plan. You can connect your channels and go live the same day — most businesses are up and running in under 24 hours.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes apply immediately and your next invoice is automatically prorated.
Does it work with my existing phone number?
Yes. You can keep your existing business number and route calls to your AI receptionist, or get a new dedicated number from us — whichever suits you.
What happens if I go over my message limit?
Your receptionist keeps working — we never cut off a customer mid-conversation. We'll notify you as you approach your limit, and you can upgrade instantly from the billing page.
How do I get a paid plan?
Everyone starts on the Free plan with no card. When you want Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, voice or more replies, choose a paid plan from the billing page inside your account.
Is a dedicated phone number included in the price?
No. A dedicated ReceptionIQ number is billed separately each month on top of your plan. You can avoid that cost by forwarding your existing business number instead.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If ReceptionIQ isn't right for you, contact support within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund you in full. See our refund policy for details.
